Who Is Dev-Em? Origin, Powers and Key Facts

Dev-Em is a DC Comics comic book character, with over 46 comic issue appearances. Youth from the planet Krypton who was on his way to becoming a serious criminal but eventually reformed. He is also one of Krypton's only survivors of its destruction. He is a member of the Interstellar Counter Intelligence Corps and ally of the Legion of Superheroes.

Who is Dev-Em?

Origin Dev-Em meets Superboy Dev-Em is one of the very few survivors of the planet Krypton who escaped before its explosion. He was a reckless youth who had many acts of vandalism, theft and at times violence. He and his family were neighbors of the El's, and this fact would one day save his life. Creating a ship to depart from Krypton before its destruction he arrived to Earth and was met by his fellow Kryptonian Superboy. His identity as a Kryptonian was later changed into being a native of the planet Daxam , now instead of a Kryptonian like Superboy he matched the heritage of another Legionnaire Mon-El . Since than various reboot versions of Dev-Em have been introduced. Creation De-Em first appeared in the pages of Adventure Comics #28 7, June 1961. He was created by George Papp , Jerry Siegel and Otto Binder .
