Brief History Edith Harker - Vampire! Edith Harker was the granddaughter of Jonathan and Mina Harker, whose encounters with Dracula were recorded in Bram Stoker's novel, and the daughter of Dracula's archenemy Quincy Harker . After the death of her mother, Sonya, Edith often accompanied her father as he sought to avenge his dead wife. Frustrated by frequent interference from Harker and his group of vampire hunters, Dracula abducted Edith to lure the team to Whispering Hell, an abandoned manse where the vampire lord was sure he would finish them. Dracula turned Edith into a vampire. Rather than endanger her father and his allies, Edith incapacitated herself to give Quincy Harker the chance to drive a wooden stake through her heart. He did so and Edith died without ever succumbing to her vampiric cravings. Powers and Abilities Powers As a vampire, Edith Harker possessed a variety of superhuman physical and mental capabilities common to vampires. Vampirism: As a vampire, Edith Harker possessed the ability to transform others into vampires like her by draining them of their blood.
