Who is Jackie Shorr?

Jackqueline "Jackie" Shorr was an insane woman whose own child died. She claimed to be mother of orphans, then kidnapped and imprisoned them in storage room until they died. She claimed to be the natural mother of Rick Jones who she kidnapped. She stabbed Marlo Chandler when the latter investigated her home. Betty Ross alarmed the authorities and had her imprisoned. She was inadvertently released early due to a bureaucratic mistake, her papers confused with that of another patient. She killed Lorraine after the latter briefly returned to life. Jackie was crippled in a fall from a balcony after an encounter with Moondragon.
