Who is Meathead?

Buckley Mellon's criminal career went back to his childhood in the Willeford park section of Bludhaven , while he was on a work release from prison at the Tastylinks Sausage factory he accidently drank a chemical cocktail intended for meat producing livestock.This mutated his entire physiology, making his body appear to be composed of rotting meat. He is completely indestructable, as each of his body parts work independently from each other, he can also take massive damage without feeling any notable discomfort or pain and can regenerate any missing limbs. Before he was incarcerated at the Slab he was working as an enforcer to local crime boss "Lunchmeat" Deever. He was first (and last) seen during the Joker's Last Laugh.
