Who is Seraph?

Seraph, head of Seraph investigations--a group comprised of Wolverines ex-girlfriends--was hired by the Japanese government to insure Mr Takenaka made it home safe from his meeting with Kingpin to prevent a war between the Hand and the Yakuza . Although she was successful of seeing him off on his plane back to Japan , he died when Sabretooth , who was previously thought to be dead, pulled him through the plane window to fall to his death mid-flight.
