A bottlenosed dolphin evolved into a humanoid creature by the High Evolutionary , Sir Delphis is most intelligent member of the New Men , and acts as the scientist and doctor for the Knights of Wungadore . When his laboratory got flooded he left it as such, as being a dolphin he is more comfortable underwater. He is highly agile and skilled with staff weaponry, and can hold his breath for a long time under water and use echolocation to navigate.
