Who is Strobe?

Origin Strobe's history is largely unknown. It is known she was a young mutant girl whom felt great anger towards humanity and therefore likely later joined the Mutant Liberation Front. Creation Strobe was created by Louise Simonson and Rob Liefeld and first appeared in The New Mutants Vol. 1 issue 86 (1990). Major Story Arcs Mutant Liberation Front Strobe made her first appearance as a member of the Mutant Liberation Front (MLF). Her first mission was helping to blow up a government facility in Wyoming. She melted through the walls to allow her cohorts entrance. She next attacked a government compound to liberate two mutants by the name of Rusty and Skids .
