His armor throws concussion blasts, delivers blinding flashes of light, and super-human strength. He robbed an armored car to make his debut as a new villain. When he tuned into the local newscast to find himself, instead the news was dominated with the return of Ray Palmer, the second Atom. He attacked the home of a fellow professor of Ray Palmer's. The Atom was there visiting Professor Alpheus V. Hyatt and defeated him with ease.
