Who is Tornado Tyrant?

Ulthoon, the Tornado Tyrant originally came from Rann and attempted to take over the planet. Rann's champion, the earthman Adam Strange , battled the Tornado Tyrant and defeated the malevolent force of nature. The Tornado Tyrant survived the battle but escaped to learn to change into a force for good. The Tornado Tyrant became the Tornado Champion and observed the actions of heroes such as Adam Strange and the Justice League of America . The Tornado Champion decided to model itself after the JLA and settled on an abondoned world that the Tornado Champion changed into a replica of Earth. The Tornado Champion changed into replicas of the JLA as well but its malevolent personality still remained in it. The Tornado Tyrant separated from the Tornado Champion and defeated its JLA identity. After being defeated by the Tyrant, the Champion lured the Tyrant to Earth where the true JLA defeated the Tornado Tyrant.
