Supergirl is a DC Comics comic book character, the alter ego of Kara Zor-El, with over 3,660 comic issue appearances. Kara Zor-El is Superman's cousin and last survivor of Krypton's Argo City. She has a brash and defiant personality that she developed in response to the destruction of Krypton. Currently, she's operating out of National City alongside the D.E.O.

That being the case, he constructed a pod similar to the one his brother had theorized, but using Worldkiller technology and programming it to orbit closely around a yellow sun so that when she awoke, either because he and his wife woke.
