Who is The Hound?

The Hound is a member of the Seven Sentinels (a homage to the Justice League ). When his fromer team member M'rrgla Qualtz ( Martian Manhunter homage) was arrested, he tried to help her case despite the fact she was guility of killing several people. It was revealed the Seven Sentinels were actually frauds and that used their sidekicks as sex slaves. Dust Devil came to his lair to try and arrest him. However, Lomax tried to run DD over, only for his car to be destoryed by Devil's gun. While not shown, he, presumably, was arrested.
