Who is Urson-Wellz?

Urson-Wellz is a bear humanoid created by the High Evolutionary to become the next generation of New-Men . The High Evolutionary would abandoned his starship called the New Wundagore and crash back into Earth. The High Evolutionary had struck a prison vehicle that was transporting numerous felons. Majority of the prisoners had died but some survivors were placed into suspended animation. The High Evolutionary decided to created a new generation of New Men and three prisoners evolved from three animals that had disappeared from the Bronx Zoo. Urson-Wellz evolved from a bear while the other two evolved from a lion and elephant to become Simbus and Tantaro . Creation Urson-Wellz was created by Roy Thomas and Mc Wyman in 1994 and first appeared in Thor # 472. Powers & Abilities Urson-Wellz is a humanoid bear with superhuman strength, durability and resistance to injury.
