Who is Vaalu?

20 years ago Detective Harry Gibbs was a accident ,seconds before dieing the alien Vaalu arrived on earth and healed him .Vaalu took possession of Harrys body and became an police officer .He did this to stop Xanja ,an evil alien conqueror who wanted to conquer Earth. Helped by Spider-Man they defeated him and Vaalu returned control of Harrys body to him and took Xanja back into space. Creation Vaalu was created by Larry Lieber in 1987 and first appeared in Web of Spider-Man # 25.
