Who is Carol Hines?

Bio History Hines Carol Hines was a member of the Weapon X Program. She was a technician responsible for reviewing Wolverine's medical files and monitoring his bio readout during the adamantium procedure. She was directly responsible for not just monitoring Logan during the process but regulating the Adamantium flow into his system and pumping chemicals into Logan when needed, to regulate his body functions. She was one of the few project members to survive when Wolverine escaped Weapon X, killing most of the project members. After the failure of the program Hines was reassigned with a new government cover job in the United States working for the Department of Agriculture: Pest Control Section, where she once again came in contact with Wolverine 20 years later after the Weapon X experiments.
