They made their first appearance in House of Mystery #13 . Major Story Arcs House of Mystery Chris first appears as the daughter of the owner of a mysterious gift shop. They flirt with the man who is buying a gift for his anniversary. Later they appear as the owner's son, and flirt with the man's wife, Kathy , who had hired the owner to kill her husband. He starts a relationship with Kathy.
