Ed Wiesburg is the head of a huge diamond business. His daughter Esther plots to get all his money when he dies. She makes him sick, then tricks Grendel to show up and kill him. He dies of a heart attack before Grendel kills him. Esther and her brother Ray get away, but never get to use the money, since their accounts are frozen.
