Who is Ringtoss?

When Technet returned to Excalibur , Ringtoss joined the hero group N-Men along with the rest of her teammates. In Excalibur #45, she is seen with teammate Waxworks , possibly romantically involved. Powers Ringtoss can create rings of solidified energy that can entrap opponents. Ringtoss must concentrate in order to keep these rings in operation, however.
